Discover the Heart of Our Mission
Our Founding Story
In 2011, a group of passionate Pakistani expatriates came together with a shared vision: to serve the Hajj pilgrims with dedication, compassion, and humility. Recognizing the challenges faced by millions of pilgrims arriving in Makkah every year, we established PHVG as a volunteer-driven organization committed to providing essential support and guidance.
What began as a small initiative has grown into a well-organized, respected organization that coordinates hundreds of volunteers every Hajj season. Our foundation is built on the principles of faith, service, and the belief that helping others is a sacred duty.

Our Operations
PHVG operates on a highly organized structure during the Hajj season. Our volunteers are carefully selected, trained, and deployed across multiple locations in Makkah and its surrounding areas. We focus on strategic placement in areas of high pilgrim concentration, ensuring that help is always available when needed.
Our operations span across Tawaf (circumambulation), Azizia, Mina, and various guidance centers. Each team is equipped with the necessary resources, communication tools, and training to effectively assist pilgrims and manage emergencies with professionalism and compassion.

Our Contribution
Over the past decade, PHVG has made a significant impact on the Hajj experience for thousands of pilgrims. Our contributions extend beyond physical assistance—we provide emotional support, spiritual guidance, and a sense of community that makes the Hajj journey more meaningful.
We have assisted pilgrims from numerous countries, coordinated emergency response efforts, distributed essential supplies, and created safe spaces for rest and reflection. Our volunteers have become known for their dedication, and countless pilgrims have expressed gratitude for the support they received.
Looking forward, we remain committed to expanding our reach and enhancing our services through technology, better training, and stronger community partnerships. Every Hajj season, we strive to set new standards for volunteer-led pilgrimage support.
Success Story: A Pilgrim’s Journey
Ahmed arrived in Makkah feeling overwhelmed and exhausted after a long journey. As a first-time pilgrim from a remote area, he was unsure about the Hajj rituals and struggled to navigate the massive crowds. Fortunately, he encountered a PHVG volunteer who not only guided him through Tawaf but also helped him understand each step’s significance.
Over the next few days, Ahmed received continuous support from different PHVG volunteers—from guidance during Sa’i to assistance during the stay in Mina. On his final day in Makkah, Ahmed expressed his gratitude with tears in his eyes, saying that PHVG had transformed his Hajj experience from one of anxiety into one of peace and spiritual fulfillment.
Stories like Ahmed’s are what drive us. They remind us that our work is not just about logistics and coordination—it’s about touching lives, strengthening faith, and creating memories of service that last a lifetime. This is the true essence of PHVG.
